Tari Reph, President of Amerisafe Services, had been working with her husband, Guy, for nearly 20 years running their family business, RAK Corrosion Control. RAK is a specialty trade contractor providing, among other things, fiberglass leak repair services for live gas, acid and water leaks. Due to the hazards associated with the business, the health and safety of their employees became a top priority. With the hiring of a full-time safety director, RAK can proudly say they have an “A” rating from ISNetworld, are group rated through the Bureau of Workers Compensation, and have had no OSHA violations.

Working for RAK, along with her background as a Registered Nurse, Tari wanted to share her knowledge with other companies to ensure that their employees are able to go home to their families every night.
